Knowledge grows where love is, the way you memorize all the names of fighter jet models or the discography of your favorite band. Moving out of pandemic-induced social isolation and thrust into the bustling center of human life that is a small Korean restaurant in a college town, I found myself taking notes on all the people and places and interactions I saw, hoarding memories.
